Welcome to Proculture.

Our mission is to provide the largest range of superior yeast and bacterial cultures available to consumers for dedicated brewing and food making purposes.

We have recently travelled to the US, Canada, Denmark, Germany, and Belgium in the search for new strains. These strains are looking exciting! Keep watching this space. A list of the yeast and bacterial strains currently available is listed in the product list. The list will continue to grow as will the descriptions. Upon request we will provide a guide to strain selection since some strains maybe closely related.

Molecular profiles of the strains are currently being generated in the laboratory to reveal strain relatedness (phylogeny) and metabolic profiles. This may ultimately help you decide which culture to use.
